Warm up on a cold night with some "hot club" jazz at the Carleton Cave!
Join Ile du Berceau on Tuesday, Feb 11 from 8-10 pm. for a night of gypsy jazz as part of Carleton's 2014 Climate Action Week. This event will feature an intimate quartet including Martha Larson (cello, vocals), Mark Kreitzer (guitar, vocals), Mike Hildebrandt (violin) and Paul Ousley (bass) with special appearance by Nat Wilson (guitar). The evening opens at 7:15 with a special performance from Carleton's afro-cuban drum ensemble This evening of music and fellowship is just one in a series of Climate Action Week events focused on stories and experiences that inspire us to connect and reflect on life's simple - and sustainable - pleasures.
The Cave is located in the basement of Evans Hall, a residence hall on the Carleton campus. Enter the club via the direct entrance on the north side of the building.
